Walleye wins round 2!

I love this one.  This was on some down time during a very successful Canadian spring black bear hunt in Northern Manitoba.  The hunting and fishing were unbelievable! 

Poor Johny, you have to listen/watch this a couple of times to really enjoy the perfect “smack” sound.  I believe this is the last time I ever heard him say…”easy thunder!”.  A few finer points:

1. Check out the 1 oz spoon and steel leader while catching walleye.
2. I have no idea how this Daredevil missed his face.  I would have really enjoyed giving him stitches.
3. These walleye were darker than I’ve ever seen, almost black on top.
4. You begin to laugh like a drunken sailor once civilization has been removed for over a week!
